3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3.2 Return Shipping
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the product is defective or incorrect: We will bear the return shipping costs
- If you are returning for other reasons: You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package
4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed only after:
- We receive the returned product
- Product is inspected and found to be in acceptable condition
- All return conditions are met

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Online Payments (PhonePe): Refund will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets) within 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or cheque to the account details you provide
4.4 Refund Amount
The refund amount will include:
- Full product price
- Original shipping charges (if product was defective or incorrect)
- GST amount (if applicable)
Deductions: Return shipping charges (if applicable) and any handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Exchanges
5.1 Product Exchange
We offer product exchanges in the following cases:
- Defective products (replaced with the same product)
- Incorrect products (replaced with the correct product)
- Size or model changes (subject to availability and price difference)
All exchange requests must be raised within 4–5 business days of product delivery.
5.2 Exchange Process
The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. Once the returned product is received and verified, the exchange will be processed within 4–5 business days.
If there is a price difference:
- If the new product costs more: You will be required to pay the difference
- If the new product costs less: The price difference will be refunded to you
6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- Do not install or use the product

Warranty claims are separate from returns and refunds. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty terms included with your product. We will assist you in processing warranty claims, but warranty service is provided by the manufacturer or authorized service centers.
